Sea Wolf Books
& Community Writing Center

Sea Wolf Books is a small, vibrant, independent bookstore located in beautiful Port Orford on the southern Oregon coast. We sell new and used books, offer local writing workshops and weekend retreats, and host community literary events.
We would like to acknowledge that this land is the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of Coquille, Tututni, Miluk Coos, Takelma, and Tolowa Dee-ni'—forcibly moved from their homes in this area to the reservations—which are now the Confederated Tribes of Siletz and Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. We recognize the importance of this place to indigenous peoples, both past and present, and acknowledge the genocides that have occurred here, as well as the policies and practices that remove this knowledge from our collective understandings.
The store’s name derives from the natural beauty and richness of the Pacific Northwest—and the mystery of places and beings that are part of both sea and land.
Sea Wolf Books strives to provide an exciting and diverse selection of titles available both in-store and online.
Special literary events, author's readings, writing classes, and various workshops are offered throughout the year.
Sea Wolf Books & Community Writing Center is owned by author Charlie J. Stephens. You can learn more about them at www.charliejstephenswriting.com
